To ensure your satisfaction and earn your trust, we offer a Golden Guarantee for the toner product:

If the product does not meet your expectations within 7 days from the date of receipt, you may submit a return request and obtain a refund for the product value, subject to the following terms:

Submission period: The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. The delivery date recorded in our system shall be the reference date.

Proof of purchase: A purchase invoice or order number must be attached to complete the process.

Product condition for acceptance:

If the package is unopened and sealed, the return will be fully accepted.

If the package has been opened, we accept the return provided that a reasonable amount of the product remains (for example, 70% or more) and photos are submitted showing the product’s condition. The product will be inspected upon receipt.

Who covers the shipping cost?

The customer bears the shipping cost for returning the product, unless it is proven that there is a manufacturing defect. In that case, we will cover the shipping cost.

Refund value: Only the product value will be refunded. The original shipping fee or any other service charges are not refundable, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Process and timeframe: After the request is approved and the product is received and inspected (if inspection is required), the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, and the amount will be returned using the original payment method.

Right to refuse: We reserve the right to reject any return request if there is evidence of tampering or misuse in violation of the above terms, and the customer will be informed of the reasons for rejection in writing.
